Privacy Policy
How we handle information from people visiting our website and contacting WEKTOR.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy describes the use of personal data from visitors to the WEKTOR Energy institutional website and people requesting a presentation. WEKTOR Energy is responsible for decisions about the processing of this data. Use of the platform, technical evaluations and customer contracts may be covered by separate documents.
For privacy matters, contact contact@wektor.energy. This is the available contact channel; the company's full legal identification and any designated data protection officer will be confirmed in the policy review.
2. Data we collect
The form requests your name and phone number so we can respond. Email and company are optional. We also record the source page, submission date, IP address, browser information, and the date and version of your policy acceptance. This form does not request sensitive data, identity documents or operational information about your assets.
The infrastructure may retain technical access and error logs for operation and security. If you contact us by phone or email, information shared in that conversation may also be used to handle your request.
3. How we use data
We use the data to respond, present WEKTOR, understand your company's context and organize sales follow-up related to your request. Technical records help prevent abuse, investigate errors and operate the website. This form does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or campaigns.
The checkbox records your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and permission to respond to your request. It is not a blanket authorization for any use of your data. Depending on the activity, processing may relate to preliminary steps you request, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests where applicable and assessed. The legal basis for each purpose will be validated during legal review.
4. Access and sharing
Contacts are stored in the website administration panel, accessible through authenticated accounts for authorized people. Technical providers such as CavaLabs and Hostinger may process data for maintenance and hosting. The Resend integration can forward request details by email to the responsible team when email sending is enabled. Your acceptance does not authorize the sale of your data.
Some providers may process data outside Brazil. Identifying locations and applicable contractual safeguards is part of this policy review. Information may also be provided where required by law or a valid order from a competent authority.
5. Storage and security
Form data is stored in the website database on server infrastructure and may be included in backups. The website uses HTTPS and the administration panel requires authentication. No measure entirely removes the risk of unauthorized access, failure or incidents.
This version has no automatic contact deletion period configured. Retention will be defined based on the purpose of the interaction and applicable obligations; meanwhile, deletion requests are reviewed through the privacy contact channel. Backup records follow the backup lifecycle and may not disappear immediately after deletion of the main record.
7. Your rights and how to contact us
Subject to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing and access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or improperly processed data, and portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent and object where legally provided. Deletion may be limited where retention is required or permitted by law.
Send your request to contact@wektor.energy, stating what you need and how we can respond. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and avoid unauthorized disclosure. Requests are free of charge. You may also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, providers or processing practices. The version and update date will be shown on this page. Changes requiring a new expression of choice will be handled separately; current acceptance does not automatically authorize incompatible future purposes.
