Conditions for accessing information and contact channels on the WEKTOR institutional website.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms describe the conditions for using the WEKTOR Energy institutional website, which presents the company, its solutions and contact channels. They are not a platform license agreement and do not replace proposals, service contracts or specific trial conditions.
Browsing does not automatically create an account, subscription, payment obligation or permission to use your assets' data. Where a feature requires a contract or specific acceptance, those conditions must be presented separately.
2. Information and presentations
Website content is institutional and informational. Images, examples, screens and demonstrations may be illustrative and do not by themselves represent results achieved for a customer or a guarantee of future performance. Features applicable to a project depend on its scope, integrations and data availability and quality.
General information does not replace technical, financial or legal assessment of your circumstances. Conditions expressly stated in offers must be respected, as must rights and obligations established by applicable law.
3. Contact requests and trials
The form is used to request a presentation and allow our team to respond. Provide accurate details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, credentials, sensitive data or confidential asset information through this channel.
Submission does not automatically start a trial, grant platform access or conclude a contract. Scope, duration, data requirements, evaluation criteria and commercial conditions must be defined in a specific agreement, respecting expressly advertised conditions and applicable rights.
4. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully, without impersonating others, sending spam, introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas or disrupting services. A vulnerability may be reported to WEKTOR without exploiting it or exposing other people's data.
Technical measures may be used to limit abusive access and protect services. These measures should be proportionate and do not remove statutory rights.
5. Brands and content
Brands, text, images, interfaces and other materials may belong to WEKTOR or third parties. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a license for commercial exploitation of these materials. 6. Platform and external links
The Login button opens the WEKTOR platform in an environment separate from this institutional website. Access depends on the credentials and permissions provided for that platform and its applicable contractual conditions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Check the destination address and conditions before providing information. A link does not imply unrestricted endorsement of all third-party content or practices.
7. Personal data
Collection and use of form and browsing data are described in the Privacy Policy. Acceptance requested in the form concerns that policy and responding to the request; it does not automatically authorize newsletters, advertising or undisclosed purposes.
8. Availability and responsibility
The website may undergo maintenance, updates or interruptions. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but errors may occur and should be reported for review. Uninterrupted availability of this institutional website is not promised.
